I believe that I should stay in your billabong. I could do some amazing things to help ...

I could be a tourist attraction and make you money by jumping out of the water and scaring the tourists
                                 

I could defend your village when aliens attack by jumping out when they land and scaring  them.

I am the only bunyip left in the world and the billabong is my natural habitat

These are the reason that you can't make me leave I only know about this billabong and it has everything that I need to survive.

Today for litercy we read  Bunyip in the billabong. After we read it we did some persuasive writing.

Sustainability

Today we learnt more about sustainability and the pressures on the earth.
We blew up a balloon to represent the earth.
If we had a Sustainable action we let air out.
If we had a non-Sustainable action we put air in to show the pressure on the earth.
My balloon got smaller. It changed because I turn the tap off when I do my teeth.
One small thing I can do to help sustain our earth is turn the TV off at the wall.

Scratch lesson

Today in coding we learnt how to pick a sprite and about the x and y axis. I found it challenging when we had to work out which was negative and which one was positive

Sustainablity

This morning I learnt about what it means to be sustainable. A small change I can make to be more sustainable is to stop using plastic bags and recycle. What do you think?

Vaporizing Machine

This week for Literacy we have been learning about Vaporizing Machines. We had to make a Vaporizing Machine with google drawings. First we read a book about black holes then we made the Vaporizing machine. I found making the drawing very challenging because I had to figure out what shapes to use. I found it easy making the drawing.

The door in the wall

This week for Writing we have been writing about a tiny door.
We looked at a picture and thought Critically about it.
Then we put our ideas on a piece of paper.
After that we writ our story.

Being Responsible With Chromebooks

In Cybersmart I have been learning about being responsible with chromebooks. First we put our Prior Knowledge on a padlet.Then we buddied up and created a (poster or infographic) about being responsible with chromebooks. I found it hard when we had to put the sentences in the text boxes. I found it easy putting the pictures on the drawing.
