2. Which ingredients are not involved? Icing Sugar and Raro.
3. Can you think of any other chemical reaction that might happen in the kitchen?

4. Which ingredient is an acid? Citric Acid.
5. Which ingredient is a base? The powdered drink crystals.
Wow, great stuff, Dylan. I can remember my Grandmother telling me how good Biocarbonate of soda was, (that's what she called it.) Good to know that it is still being used for various purposes.
